For cancellations, please contact us within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. Failure to do so will result in a full charge of your scheduled session. No show appointments will not be refunded. In the case of same day cancellation, reschedule or no-show deposits are not refunded. Clients are given a 10 minute grace period before appointment is canceled.
